The meter
What is counted
Each plan includes a platform fee. Usage above the plan is metered by two numbers.
- Active funds
- A fund is one legal vehicle: a limited partnership, an LLC for a single deal, an SPV or an open-end fund. A fund counts as active from its first offering until it is liquidated.
- Active investors
- An investor counts once per fund manager, however many funds or entities they hold with that manager. Investors who are invited but have not subscribed do not count.

Questions
How is pricing metered?
Each plan has a platform fee. On top of it, usage is metered by the number of active funds and the number of active investors. The meter explainer above defines both terms.
Do you take a percentage of capital moved?
No. ACH fees are a flat amount per transaction and never a percentage of an investment, a call or a distribution. Fees that depend on investment size would change how the service is regulated and are not part of the model.
Do you hold investor money?
No. Payments move between the investor's bank account and the fund's operating account through a regulated payment provider. Common Ridge instructs transfers and records the results. It never holds a balance.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes, on plans that include a branded custom domain. We verify ownership with a DNS record before the domain goes live.
Can investors who hold several of our funds use one login?
Yes. An investor has one identity across every fund and every manager that uses the platform. Each manager sees only its own data.
What about data migration?
Funds can import investors, commitments, transactions, NAV history and opening capital account balances from CSV, with a preview and a rollback. Larger migrations are covered on the Enterprise plan.
Is there a contract term?
Terms are set in the order form. Contact sales for the current options.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Start a trial to create a workspace and explore it with your own fund structure.
